Needless it is to mention here that I have already received REBAOCK Shoe and a Bag; however, whenever I attempted to claim air ticket, my voucher No. was deactivated, and I had been assured from your side – four times by four different officers – that within 72 hours my voucher No. would be activated, but in vain.
