Not received my products even after more than 3 months of placing my orde

Hello,

I want to caution the willing buyers who are tend to buy the attractive offers from India Today BookClub. I have placed the order on 15th Feb 09 by over phone for a laptop bag, UCB watch, Reebok belt and reebok white shirt for 2799.00 (2499.00 300.00 (for delivery by corier)).

Here are my details Booking ID is 110002972 and order no is 0GA090012580.

I have called several times, but to only to hear "Sir Kindly Wait". i got really frustrated and lost my faith on India Today. I sopke to custemer care executives Ms Priya, Mr Vishal Pathak. But they told to call me back but didn't even see my product status.

i really dout whether i will get my above products or not. Even they are not ready to cancel the order also. If they cancel ..that is also ok.

this is my second post in this regard in the consumer complaints...

Kindly do the needful plzzzzzz
