Non receipt of free gifts

I have paid in full the amount Rs. 1099 in cash for which I was supposed to have been given 8 Music CDs produced by Music India, one Reebok T-shirt and One Bag. I received the Cds on 27th March. I tried to log on to the website intimated by India Today group www.bookstoday.in/promos.htm, but could not. I tried calling teh land line number 011-40502424 and was told the website is out of order and till the website is restored nothing can be done about the free gifts. I have been given a number but if the claim is not made within two months the claim is automatically invalidated. What can I do?
