Cheating by his employee

On 23.03.2009 I had received a call from the India Today Book Club the tele. No. 0120-4739200, 4739100, the executive told to me that he had gave me a good offer i.e. I can take Reebok Fitness Kit (Track suit, Towel, Shoe, and Bag) in Rs. 1498/- I told him that I am not interested. after some time he again called to me and said that we would give you Benetton watch and sunglasses with this offer as a free gift. I told to him give me some time for consideration. In the mean time I called his Customer care No.011-40502424 and asked to the executive about this first he denied that there is not any such type of offer. then I told to him that your executive offered me this offer he told that please hold the line after some time he told that you can take this offer. I talked to the call center executive more than 7 or 8 times every time he repeated the said offer hereabout fitness kit with Benetton watch and sunglasses.

Finlay I ready to take this offer and paid the said amount

through my credit card by telephone my M. No. 9818592354 the transaction

made with this no. and he called to me my both the mobile no. 9212403014

and 9818592354. after that he gave me the Booking ID No. 110016085 and

told you will received a confirmation call from us within two days and

goods will be deliver within seven days.

Since I am not received any call from ITBC after the four days lapsed then

I called his No. 40502424 and inquired about this. I socked when I listen

his reply that the order is booked for Only Benetton Watch and Sunglasses

not for Reebok Fitness kit. I made a complaint for this and asked to him

cancel the order and inquired the matter and punished to Mr. Vishal

Saxena, Because he is cheated to me and also sent email

(response@indiatodaybookclub.com and order@indiatodaybookclub.com and sent

letter to his office. I received reply from this email that there is

communication gap between us, and we inquired this matter today almost

one and half month gone I received my every mail reply the same I copy

herewith "We sincerely apologize for inconvenience caused to you.

With reference to your mail we would like to inform you that we have

forwarded your mail to our concern department.

Very soon we will inform you about the status of your request.

We value your association with India Today Book Club and thank you for

your patronage & co-operation."

With reference to your mail we would like to bring the following things to

your kind notice that:

The offer of Reebok kit and style kit are different and there must be

some miscommunication at the time of booking the order. We once again

apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Please note your Membership

number ITBC09957264 for your future references."

In all my reply I clearly mentioned that please heard the call record

the made between me the time period 11 AM to 4PM and him and he had also ask to me the size of the

track suit and shoes. I think for watch and sunglasses the size is not required. But they try to tolerate this issue.

In this circumstances I request to you please all of you please be care full with dealing with ITBC. And request you to please take some action against him.
