Maney take but no gift sent

I was promised 16 CDs for 599/- but given only 4 in Oct'08. Later promised a Reebok shoe for 748/-. Money is debited in Feb'09 but no shoe delivered so far. Contacted them in Mar-Apr many times on mail, They have said sorry and promised to send. No action from them, Now they dont write at all. This is clear cheating. I have all mail messageswhich I am attaching here
