Dear sir,

this is Prabhu Sharma from Rajasthan, I have complaint against INDIA TODAY BOOK CLUB, I purchase a holiday package from this company and Paid 6000/- aprox from my credit card, and on that time they were saying now you will get a booklet and entry form and travel voucher but still no progress and I also enclosed all Mails which I sent to INDIA TODAY BOOKCLUB.

PLEASE THIS IS MY REQUEST TO YOU HELP ME ON THIS ISSUE .

please tell me where is my fault if I paid 6000 aprox in April, and till time I have not received any Travel Voucher and booklet from your side, despite many followup by phone calls and mails also. still no progress.

why you are spoiled your Brand Namne INDIA TODAY GROUP???

I want my Parcel with in 2 Days otherwise I will Complain in Consumer Court.

India or in world anywhere. Than I sent a mail for query after that day, I received a Call from

INDIA TODAY BOOKCLUB and I purchased this offer by my Credit Card I paid Amount RS 5943.00 INR, on that time one executive told me your Parcel will deliver in next 8 days but still not Received by me.

ON YESTERDAY I CALLED IN YOUR CUSTOMER CARE 011-40502424, THAN HE SAID WE SENDED YOUR PARCEL VIA BLUE DART COURIER TO MY ADDRESS AT SAWAIMADHOPUR RAJASTHAN PIN 32 HE GIVEN ME COURIER ID NO. 43573027326,

THAN I CONFIRMED IN BLUE DART COURIER JAIPUR OFFICE BUT HE SAID " WE DONT HAVE SERVICE IN SAWAIMADHOPUR SO WE RETUTRNED YOUR PARCEL AGAIN FOR

DELHI OFFICE ".

Now plz tell me if service area is not available than why this courier taken this parcel from INDIAT TODAY BOOKCLUB???

AGAIN I CALLED IN YOUR CUSTOMER CARE AND I TOLD HIM ALL THIS PROBLEM THAN HE SAID STILL WE HAVE NOT RECEIVED RETURN PARCEL SO WE CANT HELP YOU, and now it will resolve in next 15 to 20 Days.
