Holiday voucher promo code not received

I was sold an international holiday package by India Today Book Club on 28th April vide invoice no. ORA090038075 for which I paid INR 5943.00 by credit card. I was told I would receive the voucher in 3 working days but I got it only on 7th May after 2 follow ups. Upon receipt of the voucher I found that the voucher (no. 1472) needs to be sent to a company in Bangalore who will issue a promo code in 10 working days. The same was sent by speed post on 8th May and delivered on 11th May. Even after 1 month with repeated follow ups they have not sent me the code. They keep saying you'll get it in 1 or 2 days which never come. The voucher is valid only for 9 months from date of purchase and already 2 months are almost up. Requests to plesae send code and extend the validity to the extent of the delay have met with no response. INDIA TODAY BOOK CLUB and PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONs PVT. LTD. are big fraudsters who need to be booked under the law and severely penalised. I am going to file a complaint in consumer court against these thugs. Any others who have a similar complaint may join me. I can see that there are over 2300 complaints on this company. Why doesn't the Government act???
