No refund of money

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I had purchased a watch from India today on the 4 April for which I had paid Rs 3, 199 and was supposed to receive the same within 7 days of placing the order.

As I had not received the watch within 7 days as promised by India Today, I was forced to follow-up with them a numerous times and was always promised by India Today that I would receive the watch very shortly.

Due to urgency of Watch I have followed with them on continous basis. But there was no responce from there side. Inspite of my repeated pleads with India Today, my complaints have gone unheard.

It has been nearly three month when I had booked order. Till date I have not received watch nor amount has been refunded by India Today. I have requested them many times to refund the amount of watch, but every time they give only one answer that order has been fully processed from India Today's side and I will receive the Watch very shortly. But their promises never come true as of today.

I have also mailed them the soft copy of my credit card statement on 25 May as requested by them.

Please let us know way forward on the above, since I am in need of my money on urgent basis.
