Refund of payment against cancellation of orde

I got the call from indatoday book club on 27th April. And on 29 th I have booked holiday package from my creditcard. They have have said within 10 days I get Parcel. But I got that parcel after 21 days. So I have not accept it and sent back on the same day as per their instruction on customer care no to cancel my order.

Then I have sent 3 mails for Refund but till date I havent received my payment.
