Egarding double payment and settlement therof

Dear sir/madam

i had ordered for one bennaton sunglasses from from IT BC, amounting Rs 598/ on 6/5 against order ID MITBC-WEB-22389423 (customer membership No ITBC 0912499) I made payment through credit card using mobile phone gateway. i was insisted by there sale representative to punch the keys and follow instructions twice as a result double payment has been made to them.

since then i have atleast send 40 mails to them but no satisfactory reply was received from them. they have also not acknowledged their fault for charging twice agaist the above order . scanned copies of my credit card statement has already been send to them a number of times with following reference

keeping in view the apethetic approach of ITBC, I wish to take up the case to consumer fourm for settlement of the issue along with compensation for the harrasment and for wrong instructions to make payment through mobile phone.
