Supply of wrong size shoes/replacement thereof

I had received parcel from India Today Book Club against Membership No. ITBC09906275 on dated 20.3.09 through courier and full payment for the same had been made against invoice cum delivery note No. ORA090020156 dated 28th February. On opening of the Box, I found Reebok shoes No. 9 whereas I have ordered for Reebok Shoes No. 7, the same has also been confirmed by their salespersons by repeating the number at the time of ordering. Immediately, I intimated about this to their office. I was told to send it back for replacement.

I have sent back the wrong number shoes to their office through First Flight Courier receipt No K39105473 dated 21.3.09 along with my letter No. PF-Misc-KKM/09-1 dated 21.3.09. The same has been delivered to their office on dated 24.3.09 as per Web Tracking information of the courier company. I have also sent the copies of my earlier letter, invoice cum delivery note, First Flight Courier receipt and Web Tracking delivery note of the same to the firm by registered post and e-mail also.

About three months have passed and I have made several calls and E-mails regarding this but there is no proper response. I have still to receive the replacement of the shoes (Reebok shoes No. 7)
