Non-refund for the cancellation of Orde

Sir,

I have placed an order with India Today Book Cub on 25th Feb The order number is: 7700037527. Immediately a day after I made a request to cancel the order. I was told that the delivery of the product is done and I will recieve in 1 week. After number of mails and calls to customer care (which made me to wait more than 1 hour everytime I call) I was told that the order is cancelled and will get my money back in 15 days. Its been 5 months till now I could not get my money. As I have made the purchase thru a credit card I have to pay the interest un-necessarily.

Please help me getting my money back with the interest I need to pay to ICICI bank.

I have gone thru consumer complaints and I found more than 2 thosand complainsts against this. Please take necessary action against this Fraud company and close this company coz many people are victims for this.

I have already placed a complaint, till now its not resolved
