Consignment undelivered yet

Despite couple of reminders through mails and through phone, no action has been taken so far. Their mail states that the complaint is being forwarded to the concerned department which appears to be a pacifying statement to linger on the issue. Which Department??? yet to be known.

Moreover, on telephone, the pacifying commitments are made by some Mr. Amit, viz. "You shall receive the consignment by Saturday". The irony is - two Saturdays are already past - Which Saturday he was talking about?

In case ITBC is unable to take any action, then it would be fair to refund back the money Rs.3199/- (with interest) that was credited to their account in the month of April through my Credit Card.

Please do the needful at the earliest.
