Unable to claim free holiday voucher along with goods purchase

i booked an order through an offer and delivered the same (order no 0GA090068797) in first week of oct.

this organisation is a big cheater gives attractive offers but not fulfills their promises as per offer.

the item sent to me is not the real item shown in offer there is duplicate track suit and shoes sent in parcel.

and there was a free gift of holiday voucher, that has to be claim through web site utilizing the unique number but surprisingly that doesn't works, help line never helped even holding phone for hours, mails gone vain without response.

i think i am not alone person cheated by India Today Book Club, there must be huge number of people like me but every one is not complaining about fraud & cheating done by India Today Book Club

so, i will be very much thankful if any body can help us to check frauds this company is doing with innocent customers of India
