Refund of Money

One employee of India Today book club put me in a trap by sending three consignments, out of which two were not ordered by me. I brought this matter to the notice of India Today Book club authorities immediately and requested them not to send the items to me on 12-08. But they forwarded the items by courier on 13-08 and asked me to reject the parcel once it is arrived. The items arrived at my home on 31-08 and I rejected the items and asked the courier agencies to send it back. But even after one month, India Today Book club authorities are saying that th parcel is not yet received by them. I asked them several times to furnish me the details of the parcel such as tracking number of the courier agency. Now I am forced to pay the amount of the rejected iems to my credit card account along with interest for the amount. The matter was brought to the notice of India Today group, Living media India Limited etc, but no use.
