Refund pending Bagit today from last 2 months

I had placed order on 23rd June and the request for cancellation of the same was made within 4 hrs of placing the order. In spite of request for cancellation, orders were dispatched. Than i was confirmed on mail by the help desk that due to their mistake orders were dispatched and i should refuse to accept the orders and on the receipt of the same by bagititoday they will refund my money. I did as directed to me. Now, when I asking for refund from almost last 2 months I am being told that the courier is still with the courier department and will start processing the refund after you receive the information of the same. Every time I write mail for refund, I am told to wait for few days. These few days have turned into more than a month. I am loosing my patients now. Please, let me know the exact date when I will receive refund of my money. A series of around 20-23 mails have gone through but the the answer is same that we have forwarded your complaint to concerned department but there is no action from concerned department.
