Overcharging

I, Dr. Kanti Sonara, Membership No.:ITBC08535885, Invoice No.:ORA080008502, dated 13 JUL Order No. OGA080008252, dated 2nd JUL: saaz 16 Classical C.D.set was offered at Rs.1800=00, Rs.800=00 was debited from my ICICI Credit card, so I am suppose to pay only Rs.1000=00, but Post Office collected Rs.2100=00 from me to realease the V.P.P.containing16CDs. So please refund me Rs.1100=00 (2100-1000=1100). And pl send free Diamond Jewellery Voucher, free tupperware lunch box at the earliest. Hope to hear from you soon. Thanks.
