Lucky draw for spicejet customers

I have participated draw for spicejet customers. I have paid Rs. 780 in favor of living media in on 13 march 08. With my credit card. Till date I have not received any information when my hindi india today subscription will start. it is already more then one and a half month. as well as their is no information regarding lucky draw. Several reminders sent to Wecare@intoday.com. india today helpline but no response. Please help
