Misbehaviour of tickting staff

Dear Sir,

This is complaint against your staff sitting a counter no-3, on 13/01/08 around 8:30PM (2030hrs) at shadhra station (delhii). When I went to the counter-3 and asked for a ticket he simply deneid to give me ticket. He told me that no women is suppose to take ticket from the counter-3. When I asked for the reason for the same and as there is no where written that the counter is only male counter, he started abusing me. After intervention of co-passenger he the gave ticket.

Now have a faced the problem, I am going to take further action against him and how can he deny my a give a ticket when this his prime duty.
