After one month of payments i have not received my products

Dear Sir/Madam,
I purhased one Reebok belt, one Reebok wallet, key chain and one United colours of benetton wrist watch on 20th february. I made on line payment of Rs. 1298 only through ICICI Credit card. Customer care executive was giving me my delivery no. but phone disconnected. I redialled to customer care but this time some other executive received phone. He could not give me any delivery no., but he said i will receive a call within 2-3 days. I never receive any call if i make a call, they say that no transaction has been made on that day. Credit card statement has come it is reflecting date of purchase and payment. Customer care executive gave me email ID for complain. I complained 3 days back. but i have not received any call from there side.
I am pasting detalis of Credit card statement through which payment is made.
