Request for money back waiting for last 10 months

Hi

It is very frustrating for me I am trying to get my money back from last 10 Months

But still waiting. Every time I call Customer care they Add new things they don’t have proper

knowledge of Companies polices and Courage to solve customer’s problem.

After 45 days What I got is incomplete kit. I returned your kit on 20-Apr-09

In last couple of months I have talked with N number of Analyst and every time I am getting

I am sending mail on weekly baises and they comes with same reply “In Progress”

When I call their customer care and escilate it they say they will arrange Duty manager Call back

Don’t know what to do now. Please help
