It is very frustrating for me I am trying to get my money back from last 10 Months
But still waiting. Every time I call Customer care they Add new things they don’t have proper
knowledge of Companies polices and Courage to solve customer’s problem.

I am sending mail on weekly baises and they comes with same reply “In Progress”
When I call their customer care and escilate it they say they will arrange Duty manager Call back
Don’t know what to do now. Please help
