Non confirmation of ticket having less waiting list

R /Sir,

With due respect I am to state that -

1. Booking of ticket was done by me on 22.03.09 from NDLS to Gorakhpur by 2556 PNR 2358327573 for journey on 04.04.09. The RLWL of the ticket was RLWL 46 .

2.Some of my relative booked ticket from NDLS to Gorakhpur on 01.04.09 with WL 120

3. After preperatoion of chart status of my ticket was WL 3 whereas the ticket having WL 120 was confirmed.

4. As it was E ticket I could not perform Journey.

I request you to kindly look in to the matter that why the ticket having lower waiting was not confirmed and higher waiting was confirmed.

Due to this I have to suffer financially, mentally and also had to cancel my important journey.
