Request for cutting a tree

I am residing in a DDA flate of sector-22 Dwarka. A Semal Cotton (wild) tree with thorny stem is in front of my house creating lot of problems for my family like:-

1. Its cotton (wild) spreads and comes into the house which causes cynuse problem to my wife. It is guided by a Doctor.

2. In the flowering season it attracts lot of honey bees which bites the occupant and servants.

Hence servants are not ready to work in my flat.

3. Minimum sunlight is the basic necessity in the flat system. It is blocking whole sunlight specially

in the winter season. Elderly persons in the family get worstly effected

4.Children of near by gets hurt by its stem of and on.

I therefore request you to give the permission for cutting this tree at the earliest as winter & the flowering season is very near. At the same time i undertake to plant 4 trees in the same locality at the suitable place.
