CHARGE OF CALLER TUNE

COMPLAIN NUMBER- 76393364.

I never sent request for caller tune but every month Rs. 30/ had been deducted from my cell balance. My cell number is 9334463300. I approached to your wave world at Ranchi and they didn't listen to my complain even they jointly misbehaved with me. Mr. Indranil Dutta, Area Manager also refused to assist me to unsubscribe the caller tune. Mr. Rahul, Tour Manager also did the same.

I managed the Id to unsubscribe the caller tune and sent to 51234, a day before the deduction but your company deducted the amount. I am really very much annoyed to this type of service and have decided to take some strict action against your company. There must be some platforms where my plea can be listened. Since, I ve no personal Id so I am using other's Id.
