Awful service/Rip off

I ordered a book from Infibeam with order # 7719431 on oct 20. I haven't received it yet and there is no refund even. Every time they say it'll take 7-10 more days whereas it was promised to be delivered with 15-22 working days. Appalling service, It appears that it is a misleading statement as they say they have over lac books. It is several thousand light years away from becoming an Indian Amazon if they continue servicing people like this.
