Manufacturing defect

Respected Sir,

We had purchased 7 onida ACs in all have been giving good service. Perhaps, 1 AC was giving problem right from the first day. It looked to have manufacturing defect, it never gave cooling effect. After buying and noticing the manufacturing defect we approached the dealer, M/S M E, Kondhwa. They asked to contact the service center. Service center people changed compressor, refilled gas but no luck.

We have been paying more and more on the maintenance whereas it is a manufacturing defect.

This AC has never given any cooling effect till date, please help and replace this defected piece.
