Cancellation of policy

Dear sir,

I have a policy in ing vysya life insurance company. the policy no is 01155488. due to certain conditions in policy i want to cancel this policy and regarding the cancellation i have submitted the application in the freelook period on 21 july and they said it will be cancelled in next 15-20 working days. but now its 3rs september and the policy is still active. i called their customer care several times everytime they said we'll call u back in 2-3 working days but they didnt call. please take appropriate steps to solve my problem.
