Closure without notice/no refund

I have paid my annual membership of Rs 15, 700 to Inspirations Gym, Richmond Town, Bangalore valid until April. The gym closed down without notice on June 25th. The gym management said they would reopen but no such thing has happened and neither have customers' fees been refunded.
