Refund for the product which I never collected

I had registered for weight loss programme at Inspirations, Kalyani Nagar (Pune) Center on 18th of Nov and paid Rs 4494, Bill No 329 Dated 18th Nov. After that I went for zero session on 19th and I paid Rs 8000, Bill 765 Dated 19th Nov for few products (Gels Powder) which I never collected from the Center.

But from very next day I have been told in my office that I have to attend a training session from 6 PM to 10 PM due to which I decided to quit out of the programme. Since that day I talking to the Inspiration staff Sakshi/Megha regarding refund but they don't have any satisfactory answer. I understand that 4494 which I paid for weight loss program is no-refundable but the product which I never collected and I don't want why are the not paying that amot (Rs 8000) back. I have written details of amount and Bill No. below:
