Request for insurance agent

I had requested on net to become an agent of ICICI LOMBARD General Insurance Co. in the month of JULY.The Company executive called me and ask me a payment of Rs.1500 for that. I handover the cheque to the executive of the company. The cheque had cleared on 25 July. After repeted phones from my side to the office I had recieved a single call from company till date.
