Insurance Claim

I have been trying to get my Insurance Claim of my Household articles lost in Transit from Gurgaon to Hyderabad with M/s Interem past 6 months. They have been delaying this for no reason and giving an excuse the Insurance company is delying it.

Does an Insurance company take more than 6 months to pass a claim? I want to file a complaint in the Consumer Court as they are not even giving me actuals claim.

I would sincerly advise everyone not to go with M/S Interem.
