Pathetic internet service

I am holding reliace internet connection.i am extremely sorry to say that you have a pathetic service.connection is very very slow.i want to make my net payment and from past 4 days i am not able to access your site.its showing page cannot be displyed.all other internet sits are accessible except yours reliance coommunications.tomorrow is my last date of payment and i am trying again and again bt iam nt able to make my internet payment.if any late fees is charged i am going to escalate this matter to higher authorities as i am fed with up with the unsatisfactorily services you people are providing.pls. live up to the brand you have created in the market.
