I had applied for Mundra Port & SEZ IPO on 7.11.2007 on line through HDFC Sec. Trading Account No: 281679, IPO APPLICATION No: 12418595, Broker Ref. No: 305755, Exchange Order No: 200711070062937

Till date neither any allotment nor refund of money has come in my account. I had already sent them 2 email querries in this regard on 27.11.07 and 06.12.07 without any response from them till today. Also all efforts to contact them on TF. No. 25960320 are unsuccessful as this no. is busy frorever.

Besides I had courriered them a letter to this effect with a copy to SEBI on 11.12.07. Both SEBI & INTIME SPECTRUM are indifferent towards all such complaints as no reply has been received from them either of them.

Has any one got any idea about what further steps should be taken to recover themoney?
