Neither payments nor refund

Refer Mr. Pradeep's complaint: I am a retired person and since I have also suffered a lot at the hands of many companies like winwintraders.com, Page3, Fine India, City Limouzine, Lui Brail Education Society, RPSS etc. etc. including " intrade4u" to the tune of lakhs of rupees, its natural that we should atleast sympathise with our co-sufferers and with this in view and in response to Mr. Pradeep's complaint and his requirements "Send email to Pradeep", I would like to intimate that I had also invested in "intrade4u" now "shareintrade.com" on 31st July and till date I have received only consolations through website but no money. They thank us sophisticatedly for our patience and forced co-operation but never pay. Its new e-mail addresses are "shareintrade@gmail.com and info@shareintrade.com" and Mobile Nos.9293222199, 9293233199 & 9293244199. Contacted twice on mobile. No definite reply. Only evading. No clear intentions. I think they have usurped our money. Is there any authority to check such frauds other than the courts where such cheats get encouraged because most of the sufferers avoid to go there. To eradicate this problem, separate and Special Courts need to be set up. I request Mr. Pradeep to maintain a regular liaison with me.
