Non supply of cylinders as per booking seniority

I am a consumer in the Sreekumar Gas agency Haripad in Kerala state with consumer No. 28624 from 2005. Before that from 1994 the above connection was at Trichur, Ernakulam and Kollam. After coming to Haripad I am experiencing much difficulty in getting the gas as per booking seniority. From my experiences and as per the information from the agency, that they are not maintaining any booking seniority for the supply of cylinders. When I have enquired about this they told that they will supply the cylinders only for the repeated demands from the consumers, and booking seniority will not help the supply in any way. It is also noticed that they will not give any booking number unless other wise we specifically asked.

All the above supply has made after repeated telephone calls only. I came to know that the last month I got supply after billing some person who has booked on 4-10-08. According that information contacted to the agency and asked about the non supply of cylinder as per the seniority, for that they told that you are not asked the cylinder again. Also told that, the software given by the company is not supporting the supply as per the seniority.

Sir under the above difficulties experienced by me, I request that kindly intervene the matter and take necessary action to supply the cylinders as per seniority with out any further demand.
