Un Authorised charge on my credit card

Hi

I want to file a formal complain against IRCTC for charging my credit card for a canceled translation.

On Sept 26 I tried to book a ticket online With IRCTC. However the transaction was canceled; I did not get any booked ticket but money was taken out of my credit card.

Transaction Date 26-Sep
