Duduction of money from my sbi debit card

During booking of the e-ticket of railway reservation from nagpur to to delhi for 16 august on 23 june but due to some tech. problem page has been expired and my money is debited from my account of state bank of india acc. no.30638648386. but ticket is not booked.plese refund my money.
