Ticket has not been issued money deducted

For on line booking of railway tickets i have used my ATM card no 6220180019400000311 on 5/7/09 at around 12 30 hrs. But transaction could not be completed as it was told that the ATM is not properly authenticated twice although I have used it previouslyfor the same purpose. Then I have purchased the ticket through net banking. but the amount of RS 220/- has been deducted twice. Please correct
