About Refunding Amount of fail ticket booking

Hello Sir,

I had booked a ticket on 22nd Septem from New Delhi (NDLS) to Patna (PNBE) for 4 persons

in 2310 Rajdhani Express.

Which booking had been failed due to not availability of lower births.

For this he mail me a transaction ID 0145289213 and mail me that i will be refund in 3-4 working days.

But it is not credited till now.

I have complain to Customer Care at 01123340000 he always tell me that it will be credited in my account in 3 or 4 days.

So, Please help me for get back my amount: Rs 4020.
