Train schedule changed after online booking

I have done the online ticket booking through IRCTC with following details:

Train No 9005 Train Name SAURASHTRA MAIL

From BCT To ADI

Date 17-1 Class SL

Boarding Point BCT Reservation Upto ADI

Quota General

When we received the ticket, it was mentioned that Trains schedule for train # 9005 has changed from 20.25 to 13.25 with effect from 1.Nov.09.

This new schedule is not suitable to me and I cannot board this train with my family in afternoon.

If train schedule were suppose to change, IRCTC website should display the new timings for the train while booking. Then we would have never selected this train and gone for some other train.

If I have to cancel the ticket, I should not be charged any cancellation fees as It was not my mistake.

Let me know how to go about this..
