Ad server hamparing business

Dear sir,

We are an IRCTC authorized Agent of kolkata. But every day in the morning from the 8am IRCTC server not serve us any service, we unable get customers Tatkal ticket. From that point of view we are suffering as well as customer all so suffering for this. We are doing business, but IRCTC all so get profit from us. So why we suffering too much. What should we do? Please help us.
