IRCTC Provide very very Wrost Service

Hi,

i tried to book train tickets for pongal holidays (Jan 13 night) from chennai to madurai. ticket booking is opened at 8.00a.m (Oct 15) upto to 8.45a.m, i got "service unavailable", after that i check availability status is WL300 (for some trains Regret). now a days IRCTC services is very very bad.

they are supporting Travel Agents (Bulk Bookings) so that only they disalble the services 8a.m to 8.30 a.m
