Transaction without booking ticket

I tried to book a ticket on 24- september from NEW DELHI to VARANASI in SHIVGANGA EXPRESS for 21 october.

But there is no booked ticket histroy in my account (my transactions) and Rupees 331/- debited from my bank account.

i want to get my tickets, PNR confirmation or get back my money, please do help.
