Deduction of money withiut issuing ticket

Today, 30/6, i was booking ticket for chandigarh to gomoh on train no 2312 dated 09/8. during transaction of money from my SBI ACCONUNT VIA atm CUM DEBIT CARD YOUR WEB IRCTC SHOW MESSAGE that yr time has expired, but money Rs869.00 is deducted without issuing ticket. NO Tr and PNR no even appeared on screen.
