Irctc e-ticket and sify facilities and exceeding MRP. for books
Over charging of e-ticket and no sify facilty for charge taken as per sify norms

Respected sir,

I want to make a complaint against the shopkeeper who is having a sify agency. his name is alwin, and having the sify internet cafe (GABRIEL TELECOM) opposite Indian maritime university, uthandi chennai. they are not allowing to use air condition in the hot climate also, even after paying the sify internet card charges.

on irctc e-ticketing he is charging Rs.40 extra whereas it is clearly written on e-ticket the charge of agent is Rs.10. on asking he is shouting at us. on top of that he is selling marine books and soft drinks in the cafe, which all he is charging more than the MRP. he has made it a practice.. even for xerox he writes a board outside stating 49 ps for one xerox, but charges Rs.1/- for one copy. For a Rs.25 compass for navigation students he charges Rs.120/-. so you can assume his nature.

There is not much shops near to the maritime university campus, thats why he is doing this nonsense.

I strongly feel such person should be caught and given strict punishment.

Hope you would consider this case seriously and take immediate enquiry on the matter and take action.
