I booked a E-ticket on 1 MAR for date 7 MAR from ALD to BBS & RS 377.00 amount has been debited from my HDFC BANK account (06511050069714) towards IRCTC & got a waiting list ticket, then during my journey TTE checked my ticket and i have been panalished with an amount of Rs.607.00 . So i want to get back my above money as soon as possible, as per the norms the amount should be credited within 4 business days.
