Double payment for single ticket

I had made reservation of e ticket through irctc site .my transaction id No is 03333144535 and PNR No is 4506595723.I had made payment for the above ticket via by SBI debit card. SBI had made doudle payment for the single ticket mentioned above (Rs 5522/- insted of Rs 2671/-(made payments two times)).so far the irctc is not refunded the excess pyment made by the sbi (Rs 2761/-). I had tried to contact irctc through telephone (45 times).so far I am unable to contact irctc.what I have to do for getting the refund of excesspayment made by SBI
