Debit of money from my account without the ticket being issued

I have an account in the internet reservation scheme and i frequently use the facility provided by the indian railways. On 7th at around 8:15 in the morning i was trying to book my ticket in Rajdhani Express numbered 2951. I had filled up all the pirticulars and stated the date of journey which was 12th of April and then came the option of payment. I selected SBI Debit card facility and filled up my card number as well as the pin code. Soon after filling the pin code i clicked the pay option and then due to some problem the usual page did not turn up. I again tried and filled up all the pirticulars but the response was that due to certain problem from the bank the transaction could not proceed. I then went to the SBI ATM and i was shocked that 1825/- Rs. was dedudted from my account. Till now no message has come from their side and even my ticket is not booked as i was using the Tatkal which filled up in the early hours itself.
