Complaint Regarding IRCTC Services On Board

We have in our possession the snaps taken during ajourney in which Caterers are flouting the basic Hygienic conditions leaving the HACCP aside, what will happen if the people get this contaminated form of tea which they will consume with their near & dear ones, not only this the Blankets, pillows, Hand Towels supplied thru laundry is not laundered at all but recycled, authorities can check it on board, the Kitchen & the Kitchen workers are absolutely dirty what impression do we intend to make about our hard earned FREEDOM of Our Beloved Motherland that we care Hoots about hygiene, sanitation, upkeep but only charge the passengers.
